Impact Carbon has worked with partners worldwide to achieve financial and social goals. Impact Carbon projects include:

  • Uganda – Partner: JP Morgan Climate Care
    Impact Carbon collaborated with JP Morgan Climate Care to originate and register the first voluntary Gold Standard cookstove project based on the Gold Standard Methodology for Improved Cook-Stoves and Kitchen Regimes that Impact Carbon wrote with JP Morgan Climate Care.
  • Voluntary Gold Standard Cookstove Methodology
    Partners: JP Morgan Climate Care, The Gold Standard, Berkeley Air Monitoring Group
    Impact Carbon worked with JP Morgan Climate Care to write the Climate Care Voluntary Gold Standard Methodology for Improved Cook-Stoves and Kitchen Regimes, which was developed in tandem with our flagship project in Uganda.
  • Kenya – Partners: Paradigm, Blue Source, World Vision, Food for the Hungry
    Impact Carbon is managing the development of the carbon asset on a project targeted at distributing over 250,000 stoves. Impact Carbon is providing strategic advice on product selection, supply and distribution logistics, and social marketing.

  • Mali – Partner: E + Co
    Impact Carbon developed the Project Design Document and applied our proprietary CarbonHound modeling tool to speed verification and credit emission reductions on a daily basis.
  • ChinaCAREI
    Impact Carbon is developing a countrywide CDM Cookstove Carbon Program designed for the inclusion of project activities with multiple technologies in multiple geographies.
